Taxes and Duties for Non-EU Orders
Please note that placing an order with us does not cover any potential customs taxes or duties that your country may impose on incoming packages. It is your responsibility to handle these charges. If you need clarification on the rates, kindly get in touch with your country's customs office.
Transit, Handling & Order Cut-Off Time
- Order handling time is 1 - 2 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Order cut-off time will be 03:00 PM (GMT+01:00) Central European Standard Time
Shipping Delay
There are some factors affecting shipping that are beyond our control, including
- Weather conditions
- Holiday seasons
- Errors by the shipping company (UPS/DHL/DPD)
Important: Noir Clubwear cannot be held accountable for any delays caused by the customs clearance process in the destination country. Customs authorities solely determine when to release your package, and we have no control over this process.
Shipping Status
Once your order ships, you'll promptly receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
If you don't receive the shipping confirmation email immediately, don't worry! We are aware of the delivery date or date range provided at checkout, and rest assured, we will deliver the items within that timeframe.
Order Changes
Please notify us immediately if there are any changes to your order. You cannot exchange custom or pre-ordered pieces for other designs.
Item Not Received
If you have successfully placed an order and still haven't received it, even though the tracking status indicates delivery, we recommend contacting the courier to locate your shipment. If the issue persists, kindly email us at sales@noirclubwear.com

Discreet Packaging. Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us, so we always use plain brown or black packaging without logos or branding to ensure 100% discretion. The only person who knows is you!
Our orders are sent under plain packaging, with nothing indicating the parcel's contents.

Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Customer Provides Return Shipping.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
- A proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt, is required
Items that cannot be returned include:
- Worn, washed, or altered apparel (e.g., shirts, pants, sweaters, outerwear)
- Footwear that shows signs of wear or use
- Accessories such as sunglasses, phone accessories, and wearables that have been removed from original packaging or show signs of use
- Undergarments, bodysuits, or similar intimate apparel (if sold) due to hygiene reasons
- Final sale or clearance items, as indicated at the time of purchase
- Customised, monogrammed, or made-to-order items (if applicable)
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds information
Once we have received your returned items at our Warehouse, we will process your Refund Within 24 Hours. Your Refund should show on your Bank Account within 3 to 5 Working Days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays) Please note that some banks may take longer than 5 working days to process the refund payment.
