- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags intact for lingerie and all seals intact for toys and accessories. There are a few things we can’t exchange or refund, these are;

Refunds information
Once we receive your returned items at our warehouse, we will process your refund within 24 hours. Your Refund should show on your Bank Account within 1 to 2 Working Days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays) Please note some banks may take longer than 3 working days to process Refund Payment.
